We have 11 hydraulic and CNC press brakes ranging from 25 to 100 tons for bending and forming sheet metal up to 8mm thickness and 3500mm width.
We have 3 CNC folding machines from Amada Japan allow accurate folds on material up to 5mm thickness.
We have 3 Amada CNC laser cutting machines plus 3 larger machines from other leading manufacturers enable precision cutting of sheet metal up to 6mm thickness and 4000mm x 2000mm size.
Our Amada CNC turret punch presses and hydraulic presses provide versatile punching and forming capabilities.
Vertical machining centers from Haas and other quality brands facilitate precision milling, drilling and tapping operations.
An extensive range of robotic welding cells with leading brands like Panasonic, Fronius and OTC, with CO2 welding, TIG welding, twin pulse aluminum welding system, with 8-axis linkage, CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) welding, with 6-axis linkage, which are available for automated welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
